Residential/Commercial Salesperson

Position Summary

  • Sell new security systems (Alarm & Video) through both self-generated and company provided leads.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Full Time, Part Time, Casual - flexible work hours -work from home.
  • Positions available throughout Grey, Bruce, Huron, Perth and Wellington Counties.
  • Commission Sales.

Essential Job Functions

  • Generate leads for new sales.
  • Meet with prospective customers.
  • Generate proposals.
  • Assist in coordinating installation.
  • Follow-up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with help of service department.
  • All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • No prior alarm experience required.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales preferred.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post secondary school preferred.

Skills/ Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must be a self-starter and have excellent follow up skills.
  • Valid drivers licence and a car required.
  • Basic knowledge of security systems preferred. (if not will train)

Computer Skills

  • Basic Computer - Email, Word & Excel.
